Privacy Policy
I use this assessment to identify and review candidates for AI and machine learning roles. This page describes how information is handled at 0xce5.com.
What you provide
Your application contains your name, qualification or relevant experience, email address, and why you want to work with me. You can also attach a PDF résumé. Please include only information you are comfortable sharing for this purpose.
What the experience records
- Your application and optional résumé.
- When you accepted the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and which versions you accepted.
- The questions and correct answers generated for your session.
- Your unique completion reference ID, issued after you finish the assessment.
- Which questions you opened or solved, answer-submission counts, and opening and completion times.
- Browser session information and temporary request-limit counters associated with the connecting IP address.
Answer text is processed to check correctness; this version does not keep a history of the exact text of incorrect submissions. The interactive oracle temporarily stores your inputs and its outputs in your session.
Why I use it
I use this information to review your background and approach to the questions, identify suitable candidates, keep the assessment working, and follow up about your application. Your completion ID lets me match your email to your assessment record. The site does not send emails automatically or make hiring decisions automatically.
After completion, you are asked to email sahil@mellivo.ai with your reference ID in the subject. The email link opens your chosen email app. Your email is sent only when you send it, and your email provider’s privacy terms apply to that message.
Who can see it
The private dashboard is for me, the person who invited you. It requires an owner login. Other candidates cannot view your application, résumé, progress or answer key through the site.
The public site is hosted on Cloudflare. Application records, optional résumés and assessment sessions are stored in a private Cloudflare database. Cloudflare processes requests, including IP addresses and connection information, to host and protect the site. Hosting and storage may involve processing outside your country. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information about its services.
This assessment does not use advertising, third-party analytics, or external AI services to evaluate your information. A local development preview stores its own records on the host computer. People with administrative access to hosting or backups may be able to access stored information.
Cookies and timing
An essential session cookie keeps your current puzzle available for up to seven days from session creation. The owner dashboard uses a separate sign-in cookie, lasting up to eight hours. There are no advertising cookies.
Question timing includes breaks, research and time away from the page. There is no camera, microphone or continuous activity tracking.
How long information stays
Browser sessions and temporary request counters expire. Applications, résumés, completion reference IDs, session answer keys and progress records remain until I delete them; they are not automatically deleted when your browser session expires. There is currently no fixed automatic retention period. You can request deletion using the email below.
Questions, corrections or deletion
Email sahil@mellivo.ai to ask about your information, request a correction or copy, or ask for deletion. Include the email you used here and your completion reference ID, if available, so I can locate your record. I may need to confirm that the request is yours before changing or sharing it.
